Aconite:

You may feel terror, fright or even a fear of death. You “know the plane is going to crash and nothing will save you”. Usually accompanied with great thirst and restlessness, sleeplessness and a panicky feeling.

Arg nit:

Panic and fear of heights, or being “closed in”. Hurried impulsive feeling, dread of ordeals , Can have loud belchings, or emotional diarrhoea, all made worse from sugar.

Ars alb:

Oversensitive and fastidious, has restless anxiety, going from place to place. Fears to be on their own, so craves company. Needs reassurance. Worse at midnight.

Gelsemium:

Anxiety with shaking, trembling and low energy. Desire to be quiet and left alone. Often accompanied by frequent urination.

Silicea:

The thought of having attention drawn to you makes you cringe and get very nervous. A remedy for lack of confidence and sensitive, shy folk.

Homoeopathic Remedies for Grief :

A natural period of mourning is essential, but when grief becomes an unresolved emotion, it can lock up in the body and come in the guise of other symptoms later on. Professional advice should be sought for deep grief and serious problems. These two remedies can be helpful.

Ignatia:
